1. About Us
Vaultix Pro is a technology platform and education marketplace, similar to Udemy. Independent educators (Mentors) use it to offer educational content. We are based in South Africa.
2. What we do not do
We do not provide trading signals, investment advice, account management, handling of client funds or broker services. We do not trade for clients. We do not hold or invest client funds.
3. Mentors
Mentors are independent sellers, not employees of Vaultix Pro. Mentors may not promise guaranteed profits, fixed returns or risk-free income.
4. No financial advice
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. Trading forex, crypto and stocks involves substantial risk. Past results do not guarantee future results.
5. Payments
Payments are processed securely via Paystack, PayFast or Yoco. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by us. We take a platform fee.
6. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel in your dashboard.
7. Refunds

8. User conduct
No illegal activities, no sharing Mentor content, no harassment and no fake reviews. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
