Terms and Conditions

1. About Us
Vaultix Pro (vaultixpro.co.za) is a technology platform and online marketplace. We provide software that allows independent educators ("Mentors") to create profiles and offer educational content related to financial markets. Vaultix Pro does not provide trading signals, investment advice, asset management, or broker services.

2. Nature of Services
We are a marketplace, similar to Udemy.
- We do not trade on behalf of clients.
- We do not hold, manage, or invest client funds.
- We do not offer automated trading bots that trade for you.
- All trading tools, algorithms, courses, or mentorship offered on the site are created and owned by independent Mentors, not by Vaultix Pro.
3. Mentor and Student Relationship
Mentors are independent third-party sellers, not employees or agents of Vaultix Pro. When you purchase a course or subscription, you are purchasing educational access from the Mentor. Vaultix Pro facilitates the payment and access.
Mentors agree:
- To deliver content exactly as described in their listing within 48 hours of payment.
- Not to promise guaranteed profits, fixed returns, or risk-free income.
- Not to offer account management, handling of client funds, or unauthorized financial advice as defined by the FSCA.
- To ensure all content is educational in nature.
4. Payments, Fees and Subscriptions
Payments are processed securely via Paystack. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
Mentor payouts are split via Paystack Subaccounts. Vaultix Pro retains a platform fee/commission as displayed during checkout.
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled by you in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing. See our Refund Policy.
5. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy. In cases where a Mentor fails to deliver, we will intervene and may refund from the Mentor's payout.
6. No Financial Advice Disclaimer
All content on Vaultix Pro is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or trade any financial instrument.
Trading forex, crypto, stocks and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Mentors are educators, not licensed financial advisors unless they explicitly state and prove their FSCA licensing.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Copy, resell or share Mentor content without permission
- Harass Mentors or other users
- Post false reviews
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All Mentor content remains the intellectual property of the respective Mentor. Platform software, design and branding are owned by Vaultix Pro.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Vaultix Pro shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or lost profits arising from your use of educational content, including any trading losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
10. Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable South African laws, including FICA and the Consumer Protection Act. Mentors are responsible for ensuring their own educational services comply with FSCA regulations.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
