Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. What Vaultix Pro is
Vaultix Pro is a technology platform and education marketplace, similar to Udemy, based in South Africa. Payments are for access to educational content. We do not provide trading signals, investment advice, account management, handling of client funds or broker services.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are monthly. Cancel anytime in Dashboard > My Subscriptions > Cancel. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
3. When you can get a refund
Within 7 days of payment if:
- The mentor did not deliver what was promised
- You were charged twice by mistake
- You paid but could not get access because of a technical issue we could not fix within 72 hours
4. When you cannot get a refund
- You changed your mind after accessing the content
- You did not make a profit
- You did not attend sessions
5. How to request a refund
Email support.vaultixpro@gmail.com with the subject REFUND REQUEST. Include your email, mentor name and payment reference. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored by us.
